This Privacy Policy explains how AI Fusion ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Service.

We're built to be simple: minimal data, clear purpose.

1. Data We Collect

AI Fusion stores only what is needed to run the Service:

• Email address (account login and account management)
• Conversations with the AI (your messages/prompts and the AI's replies), so you can view and continue your chat history

Premium-related service data:

If you subscribe to Premium, AI Fusion may also maintain basic service status needed to provide your plan benefits, such as your subscription access status and word-usage counters (so we can apply the monthly word allowance and "no daily limits" behavior). We do not need your card number to do this.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

2. Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect

AI Fusion is not built to collect:

• Your name, phone number, or physical address (unless you type it into a chat)
• Your general browsing history outside AI Fusion
• Advertising identifiers or ad-targeting profiles
• Analytics about your browsing habits on other websites

Important: If you type personal or sensitive information into a chat, it becomes part of your stored conversation history. Avoid sharing secrets (passwords, banking details, private keys, etc.).

3. How Information Is Used

We use the information we store only to operate the Service, including:

• Creating and managing your account
• Signing you in and keeping your session active
• Displaying and saving your conversation history
• Generating AI responses to your prompts
• Applying Premium benefits (word allowances, access to models, and limits)
• Preventing abuse and protecting platform security
• Responding to support requests

4. Third-Party Processing (AI Models + Payments)

AI Fusion relies on third parties for core functions:

A) AI model providers

When you select a model (for example GPT, Gemini, or Claude) and send a message, your message (and any required chat context) must be processed to generate a response. This may involve transmitting that content to the relevant model provider.

Those providers may process data under their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review them.

B) Payment providers (for Premium)

Payments are processed by the provider shown at checkout (for example, Paddle). We do not store your full payment card details. The payment provider may collect billing information needed to complete the purchase and meet tax/legal requirements.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your email and stored conversations using appropriate security practices.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new "Effective Date."

Continued use of AI Fusion after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
