AI Fusion Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AI Fusion (the "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, apps, and related features.

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing Premium, or using AI Fusion, you agree to these Terms.

1. About AI Fusion

AI Fusion is an AI chatbot platform developed by AiFusion.

AI Fusion allows users to chat using different AI models in one place. Available models may include (but are not limited to):

• GPT-4o
• GPT-4.1 Mini
• GPT-4.1
• Gemini 2.5 Pro
• Claude 3.7 Sonnet

We may add, remove, rename, or change available models and features at any time to improve performance, reliability, cost, or compliance.

Important: AI Fusion is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the companies that provide the underlying AI models. Model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Merchant of Record (Paddle)

If you purchase Premium (or any paid feature), payments and subscriptions may be securely processed by Paddle (or another payment provider shown at checkout). The payment provider may act as the Merchant of Record.

Notice:

"Our order process may be conducted by our online reseller/payment provider (e.g., Paddle). The provider may be the Merchant of Record for orders and may provide billing support and handle returns/refunds where applicable."

The payment provider may handle:

• Billing and invoicing
• Taxes and payment compliance
• Payment-related customer support
• Refund processing (if eligible)

3. Premium Plans, Features, and Usage Limits

AI Fusion may offer a free experience and paid Premium plans. Premium benefits are shown on the upgrade/checkout page and may include access to all AI models, priority support, and no daily limits, along with a monthly "words" allowance.

Current Premium plans (as displayed on your upgrade page):

• 1 Month Plan: USD $20 / month
  • 100,000 words per month
  • Access to all AI models
  • Priority support
  • No daily limits
• 3 Months Plan (Most Popular): USD $40 / 3 months
  • 300,000 words per month
  • Access to all AI models
  • Priority support
  • No daily limits
  • Save 33% compared to monthly (as shown in-app)

Word limits (how "words" work)

• Your plan includes a monthly word allowance.
• "Words" are counted using an automated system and may include your messages and the AI's responses.
• Because AI systems operate on tokens and text segmentation, word counts are approximate.
• Word allowances typically reset monthly. Unused words generally do not roll over unless we explicitly state otherwise in the product.

"Unlimited conversations"

When AI Fusion says "unlock unlimited conversations," it means you are not limited by a fixed number of chats or threads. Your usage may still be governed by:

• Your monthly word allowance
• Reasonable technical protections (rate limits, abuse prevention, and service note/maintenance)

4. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

If you purchase a subscription:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
• The 1 Month Plan typically renews monthly.
• The 3 Months Plan typically renews every 3 months.
• You can cancel or manage your subscription through:
  • The payment receipt you received at purchase, and/or
  • The payment provider's subscription management portal (for example, Paddle), and/or
  • Any subscription settings shown in your AI Fusion account (if available)

Canceling stops future renewals. You may still keep access for the remainder of your paid period.

5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on your purchase method and the payment provider's rules. Our standard approach is:

• We offer a full refund if requested within 14 days of your original purchase date, where applicable.
• Refunds are handled directly by the payment provider (for example, Paddle).
• Refund requests after 14 days may not be eligible.

To request a refund, follow the instructions in your purchase receipt or contact us (Section 12) and we will point you to the correct refund path.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use AI Fusion only for lawful, personal, educational, or professional purposes.
• Not use AI Fusion to generate or distribute illegal content or to violate any applicable law.
• Not attempt to bypass usage limits (including word limits), probe, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.
• Not copy, modify, redistribute, resell, or reverse engineer the Service, code, or design.
• Keep your login details secure and not share access with others.

You are responsible for the content you submit and how you use AI outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the AI Fusion name, code, design, and platform belong to AiFusion (or its licensors).

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while you comply with these Terms.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

AI Fusion provides responses generated by AI models. AI responses may be incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or outdated.

• Do not rely on AI output as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
• Always verify important information.
• You are responsible for decisions and actions taken based on AI output.

9. Limitation of Liability

AI Fusion is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or perfect accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiFusion is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last Updated" date above shows the most recent version.

Continued use of AI Fusion after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Bangladesh.
